Okay guys, let's face it: I f*cking can't draw buildings! :lmao: The texture brushes saved me a bit when it came to draw the walls, but drawing all the trinkets and funiture? HELL NO! I seriously didn't have the nerve to draw all that. :XD: Just imagine those things, okay? :lmao: Anyway, Miraphy and her necklace! That girl seems to be as obsessed with jewelry as I am! :giggle: Enjoy this drawing somehow. :XD:

"Fetch something? From where? What on Earth could you need? Hold on now!" Miraphy heard the mare asking confused from down the hill and then waited as Zsa Zsa charged back up.

"I just have to fetch my necklace! It's very important for me to bring it along.", Miraphy said desperate. It was clear that she wouldn't go without it and that Zsa Zsa wouldn't be able to convince her otherwise. When the older mare caught up to her she put on speed again. It would be rude to keep the witch waiting so she needed to be fast. It took the two only about an hour to get back to the city and find the building Miraphy called her "treasure cave". It was old, but looked solid enough to stay, in contrary to the other surrounding buildings which either looked like they would collapse any moment, or already did.
The young mare was out of breath, but anyway didn't waste a second and rushed in through the open door, heading straight to the room next to the entrance in where she kept her stuff. It was full of wind chimes, little gems, dolls and other little trinkets that looked pretty and made the room feel welcoming. It wasn't that much that it would let the room look overloaded though. Unerring Miraphy walked to a closed and opened a drawer. There, alone and well kept, lay her silver necklace with the red-orange gems. The silver metal was wrapped around the gems in swirls, which let them look as if there would be magic inside of them. Miraphy picked it up with her mouth and then threw it over her head with a practiced move. She took a second to admire it and check if it really rested safely around her neck. Then she closed the drawer again - she attached importance to tidiness - and walked back out, where Zsa Zsa was waiting. She gave the mare an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry that it took so long. Let's hope that the landbridge is still there.", she said.

"Oh, darling, it's beautiful and you look beautiful with it on, but are you sure you want to take it? What if someone steals it? I wouldn't trust anyone who lives on the Bachelor Island to not lift that gem right off your pretty little neck if they had the chance." , Zsa Zsa said, obviously meaning her necklace. Miraphy gave her jewels a proud look and smiled. “It won’t get lost, don’t worry.” She replied.

Zsa Zsa then seemed to remember the task at hoof. "We had better get going, there's no time to lose. Just... don't talk to any strange stallions, okay?", she said and started to gallop towards the beaches of Olde. Miraphy quickly followed. It would be strange to leave this island again. Except for the East Island, where she had grown up, she never stayed on an island so long like on Olde. She had always been a traveler, but the Olde Island still did become her home in the last four years. If it turned out that she couldn’t return to this Island, she at least wanted to enjoy the rest of time she had on it. She thought back to when she arrived in winter. The building and the treasures inside of it she had just left, had saved her life and comforted her when she had been really down. When there had been no soul to be there for her, the animals and the landscape were there to listen to her and to support her mentally. She thanked this island a lot for everything and probably would even feel homesick, a feeling she didn’t have the opportunity to have very often as the traveler who she was. In her mind she relived happy memories and then the forest was at an end suddenly. Miraphy looked out to the huge ocean and the Eastern Island in the distance. The sand was dry. Much drier than usual. How strange. She thought, but decided to not worry about it. The landbridge was there, a road through the great waters. After both mares hesitated a bit, both of different reasons, they stepped on the bridge.

:gtfo:  omg shut up THE BUILDING LOOKS SUPER GOOD WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT :happybounce:
i love all the details like the cracks in the plaster and you used the texture brushes really well! also, your perspective drawing the walls and floor on the left in the little hallway leading to the door where Zsa Zsa is standing must have been a challenge to get to look right, but you nailed it. :iconbwavoplz:

:#1: reallllly good job on the small details like how intricate Mira's necklace is, and the doll and the Dreamweaver on the table!  I love how the things on the table tell a little bit about Miraphy's personality, like the doll suggests she's still innocent and a child in some ways, and the gems and glittery stuff suggest that she is girly and cares about how things look. :meow: her blue eyes stand out nicely against her gold coat! :woohoo:
